There is a lot to do to pull off these celebrations!  If you can cook, set up, paint faces, man a game, organize items, carry stuff, or just say hello, we have a spot for you!  Let us know if you can help – see the Welcome Booth or send a note.

Here are some of the dates and opprotunities!

Block Party Set up - Morning July 19th (note, this may continue into the service time)

Block Party Operations - July 19th noon to 3:00PM - help with games, food, greeting, etc.

Block Pary Clean Up - July 19th after 3:00 - you know ... take everything down and tidy up

Work Day - August 1st 9:00 AM to Noon - help moving, cleaning, yard work, painting, organizing.

Anniversary Dinner - August 8 evening - help with cooking and serving dinner or set up

Anniversary Dinner Clean Up - August 8 evening - you know ... take everything down and tidy up
