A 'hole' lot of work going on!

It was a week back to work, and plumbing for the kitchen was the main item that the team focused on. You will notice new holes on both the north and south side of the hall.  On the northside, near the children's entrance, is where the grease interceptor (part of the new kitchen sewer system) is being installed.  On the south side, in the breezeway just beyond the ladies rooms, there is a cut out to connect the new sewer lines to our main sewer line.  

However, other good news is that our new Electrical Switchgear was delivered and on site and so we are ready to start on our site wide electrical upgrades!
