This coming week you should see some good visible progress as we continue inspections on the front electrical work that caused all the trenching - and we are able to start closing up the trenches.  

  • The driveway entrance will be re-concreted this coming week, probably Thurs and Fri (8/27-28).  They will work on one half at a time, but there may be short durations where they are adjusting equipment that the whole driveway will be closed.  Note that the rear entrance off Velare Streeet is open during weekdays.  Please drive with care!
  • Landscaper spent a lot of time rehooking up the sprinkler and other lines that were damaged in the process.
  • As they concrete we will be closing up some of the other items, like the pad for the new switchgear, and the opening by the small men's bathroom by the Fellowship Hall.

Unfortunately, we will not yet be able to close up the plumbing holes outside the kitchen.  We are required to update our drawings and information for the adjustments we made.  This includes final approval for the fix we made for the stray water line we hit.  Those final plans are going in on Monday (8/24) - PRAY for quick approval!

Interior Hall work continues as the grids for the Kitchen drop ceiling was put in and electrical transformers and panels are being installed.

We are working hard to have the hall usable for September activities - but there are several items that are in for city review - we will obviously keep you updated!
