Dinner at 5:00 PM 

Dinner is Tri-Tip and Pork Loin, smoked by some of our own special chefs.  If you can let us know you are coming, sign up at the Welcome Booth, or use the Connect Link by Tuesday August 4th - even if yo are unsure.  However, even if you don't sign up and can make it at the last minute, come on out - I am sure there will be plenty of food!
